Community service

We have had a busy Family Afternoon today, Community service was the theme with four activities to choose from :

At Crookes Community Farm. Our families did lots of weeding, harvested some vegetables, fed chickens, looked for eggs and planted strawberries.

Some of the of our families were dog walking at a local kennels.

Our third activity was helping out with general maintenance at Christ Church Walkley.

And our fourth activity was at another local farm, Heeley City Farm. Our hard workers used the wheelbarrows to take woodchip to the chickens, brushed the ponies, and fed the animals.
